Personality:
If there had to be only one word used to describe Flonne, that word would likely be idiotic fluff or some other variation of it. As an Angel in training at the start of the story she pretty much acts like one would expect of such. Optimistic, naïve, friendly, and fully believing in the power of love and justice always prevailing and winning. These traits pretty much sums her up and remain constant traits no matter what she has seen or experienced during her time in the Netherworld, or that her original mission was to assassinate the Overlord. She always believes in the good and kindness of everyone else. Even when at times the demons around her frustrate her and do things that would make most other people give up on proving everyone's inherent goodness. A good deal of her stubborn optimism may also be due to her being a fluff for brain, and fitting the cliché of dumb blonde a lot of the time.

This also means that she is a bit dense and stubbornly focused on pretty much shoving her beliefs onto anyone and everyone that gets within twenty feet of her. This of course has led to her not seeing that sometimes there are other ways in which to help others that don’t follow the same routes she would take. Though, over time she has slowly begun to learn this lesson and thus is not as forceful in her preaching as she once was. This does not mean she is in anyway less likely to start giving a speech about love and kindness if anyone so much as scoffs at such ideals. She also needs to be beaten over the head with facts at times to truly believe someone is truly evil. Or have them blatantly do something so vile in front of her she can’t deny it. Much like her ditziness however, there are times when one wonders how much of her inability to see the evil in others is genuine and how much is not, as she has shown great insight into situations or into people at times. Or has trolled the hell out of Laharl that just could not fully have been coincidence.

She is a very cheerful and optimistic being, who only ever seems to get down in very serious situations and even then she only allows negative emotion to keep her down for only a short while before her belief that it will all be okay reasserts itself. She does everything to remain upbeat and encourage her friends, or the opposing side if they seem cooler/are preaching love and justice/act like heroes from animes/she trolls okay, with speeches that sound like they belong in a magical girl anime. Being an Angel this also ties into her whole goodness and caring spiel as she is pretty reluctant to harm others at first and is mainly there to help and heal others, and being as polite as possible by not using a harsh tone or crass language. Ever mindful of what she says in case it hurts someone’s feelings.

Her time in the Netherworld, and her shift to a Fallen Angel by the end of the game has shifted parts of her personality, as to be expected really. She has become more aggressive and does not need as much prodding to help aide her friends in beating the opposition into the ground (Provided it’s still for a reason and not senseless violence) as well as not watching as carefully of what she says and showing a temper as well. Despite these more ‘demon’ like qualities Flonne is still Flonne and her core character is still the same no matter what she goes through. Even being a denizen of the Netherworld has only given her more of an opportunity to teach the power of love to all the demons that live there. Though, she has learned from her time with Etna how to manipulate to get what she wants, especially from Laharl who can’t seem to say no to her. She only uses it for the forces of good, honestly. Or to buy mecha paraphernalia and such, because gotta collect it all.

Powers/Abilities:
As an Angel (Fallen) Flonne has blood that makes it to where she will never succumb to a disease and can heal any other race of a disease, no matter what type of disease it is. This is done by having the being drink their blood. Which is a strictly forbidden act in canon and thus would only really come into play, more than likely, if all life was at stake of ending without a cure. It is iffy on if this is also true of Fallen Angels, but since canonically a Fallen Angel can become an Angel again, we’ll believe it’s the same for them. (I understand this could be a game breaking thing if a plot comes up and thus if it gets nerfed I understand. Icly she wouldn't even notice really unless she tried to perform the taboo of healing someone with her blood.) She also has a life span that is significantly greater than that of humans, for though she is over fifteen hundred years old, she is still considered young and inexperienced by both Angels and Demons. This also means she is hardier and physically capable then most humans in how much punishment she can take and deal out.

Luckily, her nature and Angelic heritage makes her lean more towards healing than anything else. Though, her ability to learn magic doesn’t mean she is any less of a danger if provoked, or has no option but to fight. This also means that her leaning towards magic has made her favor staves and bow and arrows as weapons of choice. (Any other weapon in her hand would just be a nightmare waiting to happen in how much fail she’ll show with it. No, really she might stab herself in the face if you tried to give her a sword.)

For the most part Flonne has three major spells in her arsenal that she is coming in with, and a plethora of common magic of the healing and destructive capability.

Power of Love: A healing spell that in game statistics heals about 50% of HP of all allies in the squares surrounding Flonne. Translating that to ingame I would say it’s an Area of Effect healing spell that could heal up to partial dismemberment within a fifty foot radius of her.

Holy Arrows: An offensive spell where Flonne fires a volley of explosive arrows. Hitting three spaces away and in a + formation. Which translates basically into magical arrows that fall up to sixty feet away and about thirty feet across in a plus formation in front of her to hit everything in that area.

Divine Ray: The big ruin your day attack that I know is going to get nerfed. (We can say she lost this ability when she became a Fallen) Where she basically hits in another + sign area that is about twice as large as Holy Arrows that can KO most generic mooks. For the sake of making certain it is not game breaking and overpowered, it would take a lot of energy from her to even cast and only cause a lot of heat related damage. Instead of obliterating everything in its path as normal. So I wouldn't exactly proscribe anyone made of flesh to get in the way, and that anyone of metal be prepared to maybe have a part or two start to melt off.

Her basic skill set includes:

Heal (Cuts and bruises),
Mega Heal (Most moderate gashes),
Giga Heal (Broken bones and torn ligaments),
Omega Heal (That arm is only being held on by a strip of flesh),
Espoir (Heals things like poison, paralytic effects, confusion, etc., and probably works as an awesome hangover remedy),
Braveheart (Raises a persons attack so they can hit just a little harder),
Shield (Says on the tin. Let's you take hits a little better),
Magic Boost (Raises Intelligent stat in canon, can just call it like it's labeled and gives a bit more oomph to someone's magical power),
Magic Wall (Makes it harder for you to get sick or bewitched by other magic using people),
Fire (Look a fireball to the face),
Mega Fire (Look an even larger fireball to the face),
Ice (Is that an icicle heading towards your face?)
Mega Ice (That's a really big icicle heading towards your face),
Wind (Oh look a small and localized tornado is about to ruin your face)
Mega Wind (That tornado is clearly at least an F2 but it's small enough to fit in this room),
Star (Was that electricity or a laser to the face you just took?)

Note: All general heal spells and support spells can only be cast on one person at a time and all damage spells that don't have a mega infront of it are also one target at a time. Mega damage spells can hit multiple targets. I also understand if some of her spell get nerfed and listed them as this was the spell list I have her with in my game file.

Inventory:
A bag full of clothing, her favorite DVDs of Pure Seven Morphing Angels, The Blue ray of Prism Ranger, and Prism Rangers vs. Gorillian DVD. Also a bunch of prepackaged food like soda, gum, water, chocolate, and various candy. (Because Disgaea uses food as heal items and such)She also has a wooden staff used to focus her magical attacks

[The feed is likely one that is already showing a person many wish to never see again. That doesn’t stop the smiling face of Flonne to appear to brighten your day, whether you want her to or not.]

Excuse me again, but I have learned something very distressing about the entire factions here and I think it is such a terrible fate. I'm certain that if we all work together and learn about our differences we can make the entire Decepticon and Autobot hatred go away, and thus allow us all to get along. If we all open our hearts and allow forgiveness and love to connect us we can find a way to a peaceful solution in regards to your war. If you would only give love a chance all this hate and fighting could be overcome and bring all of you together. If demons are able to feel love and create friendships that can surpass any obstacle then I believe fully that all of you can as well.

Even if I have to prove that each and every single one of you can feel love. I will make it my missions and will personally help any and all in this noble pursuit!

Agent of Love Flonne is on the case!

Third Person Sample:
She didn’t realize how homesick you could get.

Even with Master Lamington allowing them to visit Celestia, it was just not the same. Being Fallen changed a lot of things as well, and she sometimes worried that she wouldn’t be the same Flonne anymore. That she would go to sleep and wake up not treasuring the same friends she deeply cared for now. What if after everything she stopped trying to make Laharl accept her and her friendship. That whatever knot that she and he tied would unravel and all the hard work to make Celestia and the Netherworld begin to trust one another would disappear as well. It made her want to be an Angel Trainee again so that it wouldn’t happen.

It was enough to make anyone want to hide in their beds all day.

No, she couldn’t do that though. She had to keep believing and showing everyone how powerful love is and what it can accomplish. Especially by helping Laharl remain as the Overlord, because he had done so much for her, and the kindness he had was still growing. If everyone in the Netherworld could see their ruler embrace love and kindness then they may begin to as well, and they would be one step closer to peace for everyone.

There was still hope she could repent for her sins and become an Angel again one day, but even if she could never regain her wings she at least knew that being here would be the greatest treasure she could have. All because of Etna, and Laharl being in her life.

It was why she couldn't give up, not even here in this strange place, because even apart they were still friends and she would never give that up for anything. She'd remain here forever if she kept her bonds with them. That was what she believed and she would write these thoughts down every single day to remind herself to not give up and pray for hope and strength as Master Lamington had taught her.

Final Notes:
There is a fact that has to be addressed about Disgaea canon, especially in regards to the main characters. It is canon that the main cast tends to fourth wall themselves in various ways. Mostly by off handed remarks about stats, experience levels, and such before going on their merry little way. (The only major fourth wall ever done was when a character was renamed Mid-Boss early on, but that was more like a running gag and didn’t puncture the wall overly much.) It is also canon for when they do such that everyone around them thinks their crazy or just confused by what they said because that's how this series roll so I have to say don't be alarmed if Flonne makes some joke about inventory or off handily says something like how she doesn't think this is the correct genre for that. Half the time the cast forgets they even said anything like that and never actually go blatant "Hey I know we're game characters" or such, but I always feel this has to be disclaimed so no one who doesn't know the canon worries about Flonne suddenly brain breaking someone else with knowledge of their canon.
